    (3x-2)/6 – 5 = (3-2.(x+7))/4 

    ⇔(3x-2).2 -5.12 = 3.(3-2.(x+7) 

    ⇔6x -4 – 60 = -33-6x 

    ⇔6x+6x = -33+60+4 

    ⇔12x = 31

    ⇔x=31/12

    Vậy x=31/12

    $\dfrac{3x-2}{6}-\dfrac{30}{6}=\dfrac{3-2x-14}{4}$ 
    $\dfrac{3x-32}{6}=\dfrac{-2x-11}{4}$ 
    $4(3x-32)=6(-2x-11)$
    $12x-128=-12x-66$
    $12x+12x=128-66$
    $24x=62$
    $x=\dfrac{31}{12}$
