    Đặt: $f(x)=x^3-4x^2+mx+6$
    $g(x)=x-3$
    $f(x) \vdots g(x)$ khi:
    $f(3)=0$
    $⇒f(3)=3^3-4.3^2+3m+6=0$
    $⇒27-36+3m+6=0$
    $⇒3m-3=0$
    $⇒3m=3$
    ⇒m=1$
    Vậy $m=1$ thì $f(x) \vdots g(x)$
