    $( m − 1 ) x + 3 m − 2 = 0$
    $⇔ x =\frac{2-3m}{m-1} $
    PT có nghệm $ ⇔ m − 1 ≠ 0 ⇔ m ≠ 1$
    $x ≥ 1 ⇔ 2 − 3 m ≥ m − 1 ⇔ m ≤ 3 4 $
    Vậy $m ≤ \frac{3}{4}$
