    Đặt $A=\dfrac{2x^2-8x+17}{x^2-2x+1}$
    $\to A-\dfrac{18}{11}=\dfrac{2x^2-8x+17}{(x-1)^2}-\dfrac{18}{11}\\\to A-\dfrac{18}{11}=\dfrac{22x^2 – 88x +187 – 18x^2 +36x – 18}{18(x-1)^2}\\\to A-\dfrac{18}{11}=\dfrac{4x^2 -52x +169}{18(x-1)^2}\\\to A-\dfrac{18}{11}=\dfrac{(2x-13)^2}{18(x-1)^2}\ge 0∀x\\\to A\ge \dfrac{18}{11}∀x$
    Dấu “$=$” xảy ra khi : $2x-13=0↔x=\dfrac{13}{2}$
    Vậy $A_{min}=\dfrac{18}{11}↔x=\dfrac{13}{2}$
