    ⇔|2/3x+3|=7
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}\dfrac{2}{3}x+3=7\\\dfrac{2}{3}x+3=-7\end{array} \right.\) 
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}\dfrac{2}{3}x=7-3\\\dfrac{2}{3}x=-7-3\end{array} \right.\)
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}\dfrac{2}{3}x=4\\\dfrac{2}{3}x=-10\end{array} \right.\) 
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=4:\dfrac{2}{3}\\x=-10:\dfrac{2}{3}\end{array} \right.\) 
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=4.\dfrac{3}{2}\\x=-10.\dfrac{3}{2}\end{array} \right.\)

    Vậy S={6;-15}.

    Giải:
    |2/3 . x + 3| – 4 = 3
    -> |2/3 . x + 3| = 7
    -> 2/3 . x + 3 = 7 hoặc 2/3 . x + 3 = -7
    -> 2/3 . x = 4 hoặc 2/3 . x = -10
    -> x = 4 : 2/3 = 4 . 3/2 = 6 hoặc x = -10 : 2/3 = -10 . 3/2 = -15
    Vậy x \in {6 ; -15 }
