     $15-8x-x^2\\=-(x^2-8x)+15\\=-(x^2-8x+16-16)+15\\=-(x-4)^2+16+15\\=-(x-4)^2+31\\(x-4)^2\ge0\\\to -(x-4)^2\le0\\\to -(x-4)^2+31\le31\\\to 15-8x-x^2\le31$
    Dấu “=” xảy ra khi $x-4=0\leftrightarrow x=4$
    Vậy $Min\{15-8x-x^2\}=31\leftrightarrow x=4$

    $15-8x-x^2$
    $=31-16-8x-x^2
    $=31-(x^2+8x+16)$
    $=31-(x+4)^2$
    Vì $(x+4)^2 \geq 0∀x ⇒ -(x+4)^2 \leq 0∀x$
    $⇒31-(x+4)^2 \leq 31∀x$
    Dấu $”=”$ xảy ra khi và chỉ khi : $x+4=0 ↔ x=-4$
    Vậy $x=-4$ thì biểu thức trên đạt GTLN bằng $31$
