$\dfrac{x-1}{10}+\dfrac{x-3}{8}=\dfrac{x-5}{6}+\dfrac{x-7}{4}$

$⇔\dfrac{4(x-1)+5(x-3)}{40}=\dfrac{4(x-5)+6(x-7)}{24}$

$⇔\dfrac{4x+5x-4-15}{40}=\dfrac{4x+6x-20-42}{24}$

$⇔(9x-19).24=(10x-62).40$

$⇔216x-456=400x-2480$

$⇔184x=2024$

$⇔x=11$

Vậy $S={11}$

=>x.(1/10+3/24-4/24-6/24)=-20/24-42/24+9/24+1/10
=>x.(1/10-7/24)=-53/24+1/10
=>x.(24/240-70/240)=-530/240+24/240
=>x. (-46)/240=(-506)/240
=>x=(-506)/240:(-46)/240
