    $y=1-2\sin^2x-2\sin x+3=-2\sin^2x-2\sin x+4$
    Đặt $t=\sin x$, $t\in [-1;1]$
    $\to y=-2t^2-2t+4$
    Đỉnh parabol: $\Big( \dfrac{2}{2.(-2)};\dfrac{4.4.(-2)-2^2}{4.(-2)}\Big)=\left( \dfrac{-1}{2}; \dfrac{9}{2}\right)$
    Ta có: $\dfrac{-1}{2}\in [-1;1], a<0$ nên parabol có đỉnh là điểm cao nhất 
    Vậy $\max y=\dfrac{9}{2}$ khi $t=\dfrac{-1}{2}$

    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    y=cos2x-2cosx+3
    <=>y=2cos^2x -1 – 2cosx + 3
    <=>y=2(cos^2x – cosx+1)
    <=>y=2[(cosx-1/2)^2+3/4]
    ta có: 0 ≤ (cosx-1/2)^2 ≤ 9/4
    => Max = 9/2
