    C=(3x^2 +x-1) (3x^2 +x-3)
    ↔ C= (3x^2 +x-2+1) (3x^2 +x-2-1)
    Đặt a=3x^2 +x-2
    ->C=(a+1) (a-1)
    ->C=a^2 – 1^2
    ->C=a^2 – 1
    Với mọi a có :a^2 ≥ 0
    ->a^2-1≥-1∀a
    ->C≥ -1∀a
    Dấu “=” xảy ra khi :
    ↔ a^2=0
    ↔a=0
    ↔ 3x^2 +x-2=0
    ↔ 3x^2 – 2x+3x-2=0
    ↔ (3x^2 -2x)+(3x-2)=0
    ↔ x (3x-2) +(3x-2)=0
    ↔ (3x-2)(x+1)=0
    ↔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}3x-2=0\\x+1=0\end{array} \right.\) ↔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=\dfrac{2}{3}\\x=-1\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy min C=-1 ↔ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=\dfrac{2}{3}\\x=-1\end{array} \right.\)
