    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    -Gọi số cần tìm là: x ( x in ZZ )
    -Ta có: -3/8 < x/7 < -2/8
    -> -21/56 < (8x)/56 < -14/56
    -> -21 < 8x < -14
    -> 8x in { -20; -19; -18; -17; -16; -15 }
    -> x in { -20/8; -19/8; -18/8; -17/8; -2; -15/8 }
    -Mà x in ZZ -> x = -2
               Vậy x = -2

        $\frac{-3}{8}$ < $\frac{x}{7}$ < $\frac{-2}{8}$ 
    ⇒ $\frac{-21}{56}$ < $\frac{8x}{56}$ < $\frac{-14}{56}$ 
    ⇒ -21 < 8x < -14
    Vì x ∈ Z
       x = -2
                 Vậy x = -2
