    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    a, \ (x+2)^2-x=x^2-3
    <=> x^2+4x+4-x=x^2-3
    <=> (x^2-x^2)+(4x-x)=-3-4
    <=> 3x=-7
    <=> x=-7/3
    Vậy x=-7/3 
    b, \ (5-2x)^2-1=(2x-1)(2x+1)
    <=> (5-2x)^2-1=(2x)^2-1
    <=> (5-2x)^2-(2x)^2=-1+1
    <=> (5-2x-2x)(5-2x+2x)=0
    <=> (5-4x).5=0
    <=> 5-4x=0
    <=> 4x=5
    <=> x=5/4
    Vậy x=5/4
