    (3x+2)²=(9x+1)(x+2)+16
    ⇔9x²+12x+4=9x²+18x+x+2+16
    ⇔9x²+12x+4-(9x²+18x+x+2+16)=0
    ⇔9x²+12x+4-9x²-18x-x-2-16=0
    ⇔-7x-14=0
    ⇔-7x=14
    ⇔x=-2
        Vậy S={-2}
