\sqrt{(2x-3)/(x-1)}

    \sqrt{(2x-3)/(x-1)} xác định ⇔$\begin{cases} \dfrac{2x-3}{x-1}\geq0\\x-1\neq0 \end{cases}$
                                            ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}\begin{cases} 2x-3\geq0\\x-1>0\end{cases}\\\begin{cases} 2x-3\leq0\\x-1<0 \end{cases}\end{array} \right.\) 
                                            ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}\begin{cases} x\geq\dfrac{3}{2}\\x>1 \end{cases}\\\begin{cases} x\leq\dfrac{3}{2}\\x<1 \end{cases}\end{array} \right.\) 
                                            ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x\geq\dfrac{3}{2}\\x<1\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy khi x\geq3/2 hoặc x<1 thì căn thức đã cho có nghĩa.

    \sqrt{\frac{2x-3}{x-1}} có nghĩa <=>\frac{2x-3}{x-1}>=0
    <=>[({(2x-3>=0),(x-1>0):}),({(2x-3<=0),(x-1<0):}):}
    <=>[({(x>=3/2),(x>1):}),({(x<=3/2),(x<1):}):}
    <=>[(x>=3/2),(x<1):}
    Vậy vứoi x>=3/2 hoặc x<1 thì căn thức có nghĩa.
