    =(-x^2+x-1/4)-2+1/4
    =-(x-1/2)^2-7/4
    Có (x-1/2)^2>=0AAx
    ->-(x-1/2)^2<=0AAx
    ->-(x-1/2)^2-7/4<=-7/4<0
    ->text(đpcm)

    =-x^2+x-2
    =-(x^2-x+2)
    =-[x^2-2. 1/2+(1/2)^2-(1/2)^2+2]
    =-[(x^2-2. 1/2+1/4)-1/4+2]
    =-[(x-1/2)^2+7/4]
    =-(x-1/2)^2-7/4
    Do -(x-1/2)^2\leq0∀x∈RR
    =>-(x-1/2)^2-7/4\leq-7/4<0∀x∈RR   (2)
    Từ (1) và (2) =>đpcm
