    Áp dụng hằng đẳng thức : $a^{2} – b^{2} = ( a – b )( a + b )$ vào bài :
    Ta có :
    $\frac{\sqrt[]{7}}{\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}-1} – \frac{\sqrt[]{7}}{\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}+1}$
    $= \sqrt[]{7} . ( \frac{1}{\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}-1} – \frac{1}{\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}+1} )$
    $= \sqrt[]{7} . \frac{\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}+1-\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}+1}{(\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}-1)(\sqrt[]{1+\sqrt[]{7}}+1)}$
    $= \sqrt[]{7} . \frac{2}{1+\sqrt[]{7}-1}$
    $= \frac{2\sqrt[]{7}}{\sqrt[]{7}}$
    $= 2$
