    (2x+3)^2-4(x-1)(x+1)=49
    <=>(2x)^2+2.2x.3+3^2-4(x^2-1)=49
    <=>4x^2+12x+9-4x^2+4=49
    <=>12x+13=49
    <=>12x=49-13
    <=>12x=36          
    <=>x=3     
    vậy S={3}

    ⇔(2x+3)^2−4(x−1)(x+1)=49
    ⇔ (2x)2+2.2x.3+32–4(x2–1)=49
    ⇔ 4x2+12x+9–4x2+4=49
    ⇔ 12x+13=49
    ⇔ 12x=49–13
    ⇔ 12x = 36
    ⇔ x = 3
