ĐK : x >= 0

a)

\sqrt(x) +3 >= 3

⇒ 3/(\sqrt(x) + 3) <= 1

⇔ -3/(\sqrt(x) + 3) >= -1

hay P >= -1

⇒ GTNNP = -1 khi \sqrt(x) = 0⇔ x = 0

b)P in Z

⇒ -3/(\sqrt(x) + 3) in Z

⇒ -3 \vdots \sqrt(x) + 3

⇒ \sqrt(x) + 3 in U(3) = {1;-1;3;-3}

mà \sqrt(x) +3 >= 3

⇒ \sqrt(x) + 3 = 3

⇔ \sqrt(x) = 0

⇔ x = 0

Vậy P in Z khi x = 0
