    <=>\frac{12x^2+30x-21}{(4x-3)(4x+3)}=\frac{-3x+7}{4x-3}+\frac{6x+5}{4x+3}
    <=>12x^2+30x-21=(-3x+7)(4x+3)+(6x+5)(4x-3)
    <=>12x^2+30x-21=-12x^2-9x+28x+21+24x^2-18x+20x-15
    <=>(12x^2+12x^2-24x^2)+(30x+9x-28x+18x-20x)=21-15+21
    <=>9x=27
    <=>x=3(tm)
    Vậy S={3}

    <=>\frac{12x^2+30x-21}{(4x-3)(4x+3)}=\frac{(6x+5)(4x-3)}{(4x-3)(4x+3)}-\frac{(3x-7)(4x+3)}{(4x-3)(4x+3)}
    =>12x^2+30x-21-24x^2+18x-20x+12x^2+9x-28x=21-15+21
    <=>9x=27
    <=>x=3 (thỏa mãn điều kiện)
    Vậy S={3}
