     $\sqrt[]{4-x}$  – $\frac{3}{4}$×  $\sqrt[]{16- 4x}$  = -√12
    ⇔  $\sqrt[]{4-x}$  – $\frac{3}{4}$×4× $\sqrt[]{4 – x }$ =  -$\sqrt[]{12}$
    ⇔ $\sqrt[]{4-x}$ × ( 1 – 3 ) = -$\sqrt[]{12}$
    ⇔ -2 × $\sqrt[]{4-x}$= -$\sqrt[]{12}$
    ⇔ $\sqrt[]{4-x}$ = 4$\sqrt[]{3}$     ( Điều kiện: x ≤ 4 )
    ⇔ 4 – x = 16×3
    ⇔ -x = 44
    ⇒ x = – 44 ( Thỏa mãn )
    Vậy phương trình có nghiệm: S = -44
