    $\sqrt{(x^2 + 8x + 16)}$ + 3x = 5
    <=> $\sqrt{(x + 4)^2}$ = 5 – 3x
    <=> |x + 4| = 5 – 3x
    <=> (x + 4) = 5 – 3x
    <=> x + 4 = 5 – 3x
    <=> x + 3x = 5 – 4
    <=> 4x = 1
    <=> x = 1/4
    KL: Vậy S = {1/4}
    * Áp dụng:
    – $\sqrt{a^2}$ = |a| = (a) = a
    – Hàng đẳng thức (A +B)^2 = A^2 + 2AB + B^2
