    <=>sqrt{x+1}=3-sqrt{x-2}
    <=>(sqrt{x+1})^2=(3-sqrt{x-2})^2
    <=>x+1=9-6sqrt{x-2}+x-2
    <=>6sqrt{x-2}=6
    <=>sqrt{x-2}=1
    <=>(sqrt{x-2})^2=1^2
    <=>x-2=1
    <=>x=3
    Vậy S={3}
