    a, Tìm min (ĐKXĐ: x khác 0 )
    A=(4x+3)/(x^2+1)
         = [x^2+4x+4-(x^2+1)]/(x^2+1)
         = [(x+2)^2]/(x^2+1)  –   (x^2+1)/(x^2+1)
         = [(x+2)^2]/(x^2+1) – 1 ≥ 1
    ⇔ Min A = -1
    ⇔Dấu = xảy ra khi x = -2
    b, Tìm min (ĐKXĐ: x khác 0 )
    B=(4x^2-2x+1)/x^2
        = 4 – 2/x + 1/x^2
        = (1/x-1)^2 + 3 ≥ 3
    ⇔ Min B = 3
    ⇔Dấu = xảy ra khi x = 1

    =(x^2+4x+4-(x^2+1))/(x^2+1)
    =((x+2)^2)/(x^2+1)-(x^2+1)/(x^2+1)
    =((x+2)^2)/(x^2+1)-1>=1
    Min\inA=-1
    Dấu”=” xảy ra khi 
    x=-2
    b)ĐKXĐ:x\ne0
    B=(4x^2-2x+1)/(x^2)
    =1-2/x+1/x^2
    =(1/x-1)^2+3>=3
    Min\inB=3

    x=1
