    <=>(3(2x-4)(2x+3))/24=(4(x-4)^2)/24+(8(x-2)^2)/24
    <=>3(2x-4)(2x+3)=4(x-4)^2+8(x-2)^2
    <=>(6x-12)(2x+3)=4(x^2-8x+16)+8(x^2-4x+4)
    <=>6x(2x+3)-12(2x+3)=4(x^2-8x+16)+8(x^2-4x+4)
    <=>12x^2+18x-24x-36=4x^2-32x+64+8x^2-32x+32
    <=>12x^2-8x^2-4x^2+32x+18x+32x-24x=64+32+36
    <=>58x=132
