    $A=x^4-6x^3+13x^2-12x+2021$
    $\to A=x^4-2x^2\cdot 3x+(3x)^2+4x^2-12x+2021$
    $\to A=(x^2-3x)^2+4(x^2-3x)+2021$
    $\to A=(x^2-3x)^2+4(x^2-3x)+4+2017$
    $\to A=(x^2-3x+2)^2+2017\ge 2017$
    $\to GTNN_A=2017$
    Dấu = xảy ra khi $x^2-3x+2=0\to (x-1)(x-2)=0\to x\in\{1,2\}$
