    (x + 1)(x^2 + x + 1)(x – 1)(x^2 – x + 1) = 7
    ⇔ x^6 − 1 + 1 = 7 + 1
    ⇔ x^6 = 8
    x = ±(8)^(1/6)
    x = 1.414214, − 1.414214
    b):
    (x – 1)(x^2 + x + 1) – x(x + 2)(x – 2) = 5
    ⇔ x^3 − 1 − x(x + 2)(x − 2) = 5
    ⇔ x^3 − 1 − (x^2 + 2x)(x − 2) = 5
    ⇔ x^3 − 1 − (x^3 − 4x) = 5
    ⇔ x^3 − 1 − x^3 + 4x = 5
    ⇔ −1 + 4x = 5
    4x = 5 + 1
    4x = 6
    x = 6/4
    x = 3/2
