    ⇒ $ x^2 + 3x – 5x – 15 = 0 $
    ⇒ $ x( x + 3 ) – 5 ( x + 3 ) =  0 $
    ⇒ $ ( x+ 3 ) ( x – 5 ) = 0 $
    ⇒ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x+3=0\\x-5=0\end{array} \right.\) 
    ⇒ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=-3\\x=5\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy $ x = – 3 $ hoặc $ x = 5 $
    b) $ ( 2x + 1)^2 – 4 ( x- 1 ) ( x + 1 ) = 9 $
    ⇒$ ( 2x)^2 + 2 . 2x . 1 + 1^2 – 4 ( x^2 – 1 ) – 9 = 0 $
    ⇒$ 4x^2 + 4x + 1 – 4x^2 + 4 – 9 = 0 $
    ⇒ $4x -4 = 0 $
    ⇒ $4x = 4 $
    ⇒$ x = 1 $
    Vậy $ x = 1 $
    c) $ ( x + 2 ) ( x^2 – 2x + 1 ) – x ( x – 1 )^2 = 2x^2$
    ⇒ $ x^3 + 2^3 – x ( x^2 – 2x + 1 ) – 2x^2 = 0 $
    ⇒ $ x^3 + 8 – x^3 + 2x^2 – x – 2x^2 = 0 $
    ⇒ $ 8 – x = 0 $
    ⇒ $ x = 8 $
    Vậy $ x = 8 $
