x^2-4+8(2-x)=0

    a) 2x^2-(x+1)(2x-3)=5
    ⇔2x^2-2x^2+3x-2x+3=5
    ⇔x=5-3
    ⇔x=2
    Vậy x=2
    b) x^2-4+8(2-x)=0
    ⇔(x-2)(x+2)-8(x-2)=0
    ⇔(x-2)(x+2-8)=0
    ⇔(x-2)(x-6)=0
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-2=0\\x-6=0\end{array} \right.\) 
    ⇔\(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=2\\x=6\end{array} \right.\) 
    Vậy x=2 hoặc x=6
