=\frac{x(x-2)}{(x-2)^2(x+2)}-\frac{3(x+2)}{(x-2)^2(x+2)}
=\frac{x(x-2)-3(x+2)}{(x-2)^2(x+2)}
=\frac{x^2-2x-3x-6}{(x-2)^2(x+2)}
=\frac{x^2-5x-6}{(x^2-4)(x-2)}
=\frac{x^2-5x-6}{x^3-2x^2-4x+8}
