    Ta có : F(x)=$x^{4}$ + $ax^{3}$ + $b^{}$ $\vdots$ $x^{2}-1$
    Mà $x^{2}-1$ có nghiệm là $x^{}=-1$ hoặc $x^{}=1$
    ⇒$\left \{ {{F(-1)=0} \atop {F(1)=0}} \right.$ 
    ⇒$\left \{ {{(-1)^{4} – a^{} + b^{}=0} \atop {1^{4} + a^{} + b^{}=0}} \right.$ 
    ⇒$\left \{ {{-a+b=-1} \atop {a+b=-1}} \right.$ 
    ⇒ $a=0^{}$ ; $b=-1^{}$
