    P = $\frac{x² + 3x}{( x – 1)²}$ 
    P > 1
    <=> $\frac{x² + 3x}{( x – 1)²}$  > 1
    mà  ( x – 1 )^2 > 0
    => x^2 + 3x > ( x – 1 )^2
    <=> x^2 + 3x – x^2 + 2x – 1 > 0
    <=> 5x – 1 > 0
    <=> 5x > 1
    => x > 1/5
    Vậy  x > 1/5  thì  P  >  1
