    Ta có:
    F = x + y + 3/x + 8/y
    = (x + 3/x) + (y + 8/y)
    = [(x – 1/3 x) + (3/x + 1/3 x)] + [(y – 1/2 y) + (8/y + 1/2 y)] 
    = [2/3 x + (3/x + 1/3 x) ] + [1/2 y + (8/y + 1/2 y)] 
    Áp dụng BĐT Cô – si, ta có:
    3/x + 1/3 x >= 2.$\sqrt{\dfrac{3}{x} . \dfrac{1}{3}x}$ = 2
    (8/y + 1/2 y) >= 2.$\sqrt{\dfrac{8}{y} . \dfrac{1}{2}y}$ = 4
    F >= (2/3 x + 2 )+ (1/2 y + 4) ≥ (2/3 . 3 + 2) + (1/2 . 4 + 4) = 10
    Vậy GTNN của F là 10 khi: 
    $\begin{cases} \dfrac{3}{x} = \dfrac{1}{3}x\\\dfrac{8}{y} = \dfrac{1}{2}y\\ \end{cases}$
    <=> $\begin{cases} x = 3\\y = 4\\ \end{cases}$

    Dự đoán : x =3 và y =4

    F =x+y+3/x+8/y =(x+3/x)+(y+8/y) = (x/3 +3/x+ (2x)/3) + (y/2 +8/y +y/2)
    Áp dụng BĐT Cauchy , ta được :
    F = (x/3+3/x) +(y/2+8/y) +(2x/3+y/2) \ge 2\sqrt{x/3 . 3/x} + 2\sqrt{y/2 . 8/y} +(2x+y/2) \ge 2 .1 +2 . 2 + (2 . 3)/3 + 4/2 = 2 + 4+ 2 +2 = 10
    Dấu = xảy ra :
    <=> $\begin{cases} x =3 \\ y =4 \end{cases}$
    Vậy Min $F = 10 \Leftrightarrow \begin{cases} x =3 \\ y =4 \end{cases}$
