    (7x-3)/(x – 1) = 2/3
    ⇔ 3(7x – 3) = 2(x – 1)
    ⇔ 21x – 9 = 2x – 2
    ⇔ 21x – 2x = -2 + 9
    ⇔ 19x = 7
    ⇔ x = 7/19

    {7x-3}/{x-1} = 2/3
    -> 2(x-1) = 3(7x-3)
    -> 2x – 2 = 21x – 9
    -> 2x – 21x = -9 +2
    -> -19x = -7
    -> x = 7/19
    Vậy x = 7/19
