    / ( -2/3 ). x + 3/8 I = 1/3
    TH1 : ( -2/3 ). x + 3/8  = 1/3
    (-2/3 ) . X = 1/3 – 3/8 = -1/24
    x = -1/24 : -2/3
    x = 1/16
    TH2 : ( -2/3 ). x + 3/8  = -1/3
    -2/3 . x = -1/3 – 3/8 = -17/24
    x =- 17/24 : -2/3
    x = 17/16
    Vậy x ∈ { 1/16 ; 17/16}

    -2/3 . x + 3/8 = 1/3
    -2/3 . X = 1/3 – 3/8
    -2/3x =-1/24
    x = -1/24 : (-2)/3
    x= 1/16
