    $ ( x – 2 – 1/3 )^2 = 49/9 ⇒ ( x – 7/3 )^2 = 49/9 $
    $ ⇒ $ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x-7/3=7/3\\x-7/3=-7/3\end{array} \right.\) 
    $ ⇒ $ \(\left[ \begin{array}{l}x=7/3+7/3=14/3\\x=-7/3+7/3=0\end{array} \right.\)

    => $\left[\begin{matrix} x – 2\dfrac{1}{3} = \dfrac{7}{3}\\ x – 2\dfrac{1}{3} = -\dfrac{7}{3}\end{matrix}\right.$               
    => $\left[\begin{matrix} x – \dfrac{7}{3} = \dfrac{7}{3}\\ x – \dfrac{7}{3} = -\dfrac{7}{3}\end{matrix}\right.$
    => $\left[\begin{matrix} x = \dfrac{7}{3} + \dfrac{7}{3}\\ x = -\dfrac{7}{3} + \dfrac{7}{3}\end{matrix}\right.$
    => $\left[\begin{matrix} x = \dfrac{14}{3}\\ x = 0\end{matrix}\right.$
