    (x-4).(x-y+2)=7
    =>x-4,x-y=2 ∈ Ư(7)={+-1;+-7}
    x-4=7=>x=7+4=11
    x-4=-7=>x=-7+4=-3
    $\text{Vì x ∈ {11;-3} => Ta có biểu thức sau :}$
    x-y+2=7=>11-y+2=7=>y=11-7-2=>y=2
    x-y+2=7=>-3-y+2=7=>y=-3-7-2=>y=-12
    $\text{Vậy x ∈ {11; -3} ; y ∈ {2; -12}}$
