    => 3x + 12 \vdots 3x-1
    => 3x-1 + 13 \vdots 3x-1
    Vì 3x-1\vdots3x-1
    => 13 \vdots 3x-1
    => 3x-1 \in Ư(13)={1;13;-1;-13}
    => 3x \in {2;14;0;-12}
    => x \in {2/3;14/3;0;-4}
    Mà x\inZZ
    => x \in {0;-4}
    Vậy x= {0;-4}
