    3n+11=(3x-9)+20=3(n-3)+20
    (3n+11)vdots(n-3)
    =>3(n-3)+20 vdots (n-3)
    =>20vdots(n-3)
    =>n-3 in Ư(20)={+-1;+-2+-4+;+-5;+-10;+-20}
    =>n in {4;2;5;1;7;-1;8;-2;13;-7;23;-17}
    Vậy khi n in {4;2;5;1;7;-1;8;-2;13;-7;23;-17} thì (3n+11) vdots (n-3)
