    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    Vì 3x+7 vdots 2x+4
    =>2(3x+7) vdots 3(2x+4)
    =>6x+14 vdots 6x+12
    =>(6x+14)/(6x+12)=(6x+14+2)/(6x+12)=(6x+12)/(6x+12) + 2/(6x+12)=1 + 2/(6x+12)
    =>2 vdots 6x+12
    Mà 3(2x+4)=6x+12
    =>2 vdots 6x+12
    => 3x +4 in Ư(2)={-2;-1;1;2}
    Ta có bảng sau:
