    ( 2x + 9)  ⋮  ( x+1)
    Ta có: ( 2x + 9)  ⋮  ( x+1) = $\frac{(2x+1+8)}{x+1}$ = $\frac{2x+1)}{x+1}$ + $\frac{8}{x+1}$ = 2 + $\frac{8}{x+1}$
    ( 2x + 9)  ⋮  ( x+1) khi 2 ⋮ $\frac{8}{x+1}$ 
    ⇔ Ta có: $\frac{8}{x+1}$  ∈ Ư(2) = {±1; ±2}
    ⇔  $\frac{8}{x+1}$  ∈ {1,2}
    ⇒ x + 1 ∈ {8, 16}
    ⇒ x  ∈ { 7, 15} hoặc x ∈ {-7; -15}
    Vậy x ∈ { 7, 15} thì ( 2x + 9)  ⋮  ( x+1)
