    Có A/B = (2x+8)/(3x+5)
    Để A/B là số nguyên thì 2x+8  \vdots 3x+5 => 6x+24 \vdots 3x+5
    mà 3x+5 \vdots 3x+5 => 6x+10 \vdots 3x+5
    => 6x + 24 – 6x – 10 \vdots 3x+5
    => 14 \vdots 3x+5
    Vậy 3x+5 ∈ Ư(14) => 3x+5 ∈ {1;-1;2;-2;7;-7;14;-14}
    +, 3x+5 = 1 => x = -4/3 (loại)
    +, 3x+5 = -1 => x = -6/3 = -2 (lấy)
    +, 3x+5 = 2 => x = -3/3 = -1 (lấy)
    +, 3x+5 = -2 => x = -7/3 (loại)
    +, 3x+5 = -7 => x = -12/3 = -4 (lấy)
