    $a,-27+45+(-26)+2008$
    $=18+(-26)+2008$
    $=-8+2008$
    $=2000$
    $5^4(x+15)=5^6$
     $625(x+15)=15625$
           $(x+15)=15625-625$
              $x+15=15000$
              $x$   $=15000-15$
          $x$       $=14985$
    $c,3x+23=-4$
     $3x$     $=-4-23$
     $3x$  $=-27$
       $x$  $=-27:3$
       $x$  $=-9$

    A) -27+45+(-26) +2008
    =[-27+(-26)+45] + 2008
    = -8 +2008
    =2000
    b) 5^4(x+15) =5^6
    => 4(x+15)=6
    4x+15 x 4 =6
    4x +60=6
    4x=6-60
    4x=-54
    x=-54 : 4
    x=-16
    c) 3x+23=-4
    3x=-4-23
    3x=-27
    x=-27 : 3
    x=-9
