    = 3/8 × 16/9 + 3/5 × 10/21
    = {3 × 16}/{8 × 9} + {3 × 10}/{5 × 21}
    = {3 × 8 × 2}/{8 × 3 × 3} + {3 × 5 × 2}/{5 × 3 × 7}
    = 2/3 + 2/7
