    x * 2 + x * 1/5 = 1 3/5
    x * 2 + x * 1/5 = 8/5
    x * ( 2 + 1/5) = 8/5
    x * 11/5 = 8/5
    x            = 8/5 :  11/5
    x            = 8/11
    (6/7+1/4):(19/14-1/4)<a<7/3
    31/27 : 31/28 <a<7/3
    28/27<a<7/3
    28/27<a<63/27
    a = 29/27 —> 62/27

    a, x × 2 + x × $\dfrac{1}{5}$ = 1$\dfrac{3}{5}$
    x × 2 + x × $\dfrac{1}{5}$ = $\dfrac{8}{5}$
    x × (2 +$\dfrac{1}{5}$ )          = $\dfrac{8}{5}$ 
    x × $\dfrac{11}{5}$            = $\dfrac{8}{5}$
    x                     = $\dfrac{8}{5}$ : $\dfrac{11}{5}$
    x                      = $\dfrac{8}{11}$
