    $-1\le \cos x\le 1$
    $\to -2\le 2\cos x\le 2$
    $\to -7\le 2\cos x-5\le -3$
    Vì đồ thị $y=|2\cos x-5|$ là đồ thị $y=2\cos x-5$ lấy đối xứng qua Ox, xoá phần phía dưới Ox đi 
    Nên ta suy ra $3\le |2\cos x-5|\le 7$
    $\to 9\le y\le 13$
    Vậy$\min y=9;\max y=13$
