    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    ĐKXĐ: $x\ge m$
    Ta có:
    $P=0$
    $\to (x^2-2x-8)\sqrt{x-m}=0$
    $\to (x-4)(x+2)\sqrt{x-m}=0$
    $\to x\in\{4,-2,m\}$
    Mà $x\ge m$
    $\to$Để $P$ có $2$ nghiệm phân biệt
    $\to -2\le m<4$
