\frac{1}{3x^2 + 1} + \sqrt{x-3} = \frac{1}{3x^2 + 1} + 4(1)
ĐKXĐ : x – 3 \ge 0 <=> x \ge 3
(1) <=> \sqrt{x – 3 } = \frac{1}{3x^2 + 1} – \frac{1}{3x^2 + 1 } + 4
<=> \sqrt{x-3} = \frac{0}{3x^2 + 1 } + 4
<=> \sqrt{x-3} = 0 + 4
<=> \sqrt{x – 3 } = 4
<=> ( \sqrt{x-3} )^2 = 4^2
=> x – 3 = 16
<=> x = 16 + 3
<=> x = 19
Vậy phương trình có nghiệm x = 19
