    $S =\left\{\dfrac{-1-\sqrt2}{2};\ \dfrac{-1+\sqrt2}{2}\right\}$
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    $(2x+1)^2 +\sqrt{4x^2 + 4x +3}= 4$
    Đặt $t = \sqrt{4x^2 + 4x + 3},\quad \left(t \geqslant \sqrt2\right)$
    $\Rightarrow t^2 = 4x^2 + 4x + 3$
    $\Rightarrow t^2 – 2 = (2x+1)^2$
    Phương trình trở thành:
    $\quad t^2 – 2 + t = 4$
    $\Leftrightarrow t^2 + t – 6 = 0$
    $\Leftrightarrow (t-2)(t+3)= 0$
    $\Leftrightarrow \left[\begin{array}{l}t = 2\qquad (n)\\t = -3\quad\ (l)\end{array}\right.$
    Với $t = 2$ ta được:
    $\quad \sqrt{4x^2 + 4x + 3}= 2$
