    5/(x-3)=(x+4)/12
    <=>5.12=(x-3)(x+4)
    <=>60=x^2-3x+4x-12
    <=>x^2+x-72=0
    <=>x^2+9x-8x-72=0
    <=>x(x+9)-8(x+9)=0
    <=>(x+9)(x-8)=0
    <=>[(x+9=0),(x-8=0):}
    <=>[(x=-9),(x=8):}
