    $a.$ Ta có : $x^{3} – 4x + 7$
    $= ( x^{3} – 2x^{2} + x ) + ( 2x^{2} – 4x + 2 ) + ( 5 – x )$
    $= x( x^{2} – 2x + 1 ) + 2( x^{2} – 2x + 1 ) + ( 5 – x )$
    $= ( x^{2} – 2x + 1 )( x + 2 ) + ( 5 – x )$
    ⇒ $( x^{3} – 4x + 7 ) : ( x^{2} – 2x + 1 ) = ( x + 2 )$ dư $( 5 – x )$
    $b.$ Ta có : $4x^{3} – 3x^{2} + 1$
    $= ( 4x^{3} + 8x^{2} – 4x ) – ( 11x^{2} + 22x – 11 ) + ( 26x – 10 )$
    $= 4x( x^{2} + 2x – 1 ) – 11( x^{2} + 2x – 1 ) + ( 26x – 10 )$
    $= ( x^{2} + 2x – 1 )( 4x – 11 ) + ( 26x – 10 )$
    ⇒ $( 4x^{3} – 3x^{2} + 1 ) : ( x^{2} + 2x – 1 ) = ( 4x – 11 )$ dư $( 26x – 10 )$
