    (-12/13) xx x + 1/3 = (-2/3) + 8/5
    => (-21/13) xx x  + 1/3 = 14/15
    => (-21/13) xx x = 14/15 – 1/3 = 3/5
    => x = 3/5 : (-21/13)
    => x = -13/35
